Rarely does a car roll by that looks like a “mighty pie slice”—but that’s exactly how we’d describe the new Ceer electric SUV. Fresh spy photos reveal the Saudi-backed brand’s first top-tier model, and it’s unlike anything on the road today.
Ceer was founded more than three years ago by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF) and Taiwan’s Foxconn. Since then, it has partnered with industry giants like Siemens, Sabelt, and—most notably—Rimac Technology. The Croatian firm, famed for the 1,900-hp Nevera hypercar, will supply high-performance electric drivetrains for Ceer’s flagship models.
Now, we’re getting our first look at one of those top models—wrapped in camouflage but unmistakably radical. The Ceer electric SUV features a striking triangular silhouette. Its roof flows seamlessly into a steep windshield and sloping front hatch. At the rear, the body cuts inward with sharp, angular lines that create a dramatic optical taper.
Equally bold are the SUV’s gigantic gull-wing doors, which hint at both theatricality and engineering ambition. The high nose, deeply raked windshield, and seemingly flat glass panels amplify its futuristic stance.
Power-wise, if Ceer taps into Rimac’s full potential—as seen in the Pininfarina Battista and Nevera—it could deliver over 1,900 horsepower. That would make this SUV not just a design statement, but a brutally fast machine wrapped in geometric artistry.
Importantly, this isn’t just another crossover. While Ceer’s first production vehicle will be a more conventional SUV, this prototype signals the brand’s intent to blend Saudi ambition, Foxconn manufacturing, and European performance tech into something truly distinctive.
In short, the Ceer electric SUV promises to be “a very intense piece of cake—in the best sense of the word.” And if these early images are any indication, the EV world just got a lot more interesting.
